Week 5

5 punch counter destructions:

Jab - lead elbow lift, parry with the left

Cross - turn to the left with a right horizontal elbow

Backfist - v-step and hammer the forearm

Rear hook - eye jab

Lead hook - elbow jam and eye jab


6 kick counter/attack

1: Lead right knee stomp
2: Rear left front kick to the chest
3: lead right flicking groin shot
4: Rear left Thai to thigh
5: rear left oblique
6: lead side/back kick

Empty hand flow drill

Double stick: co-ordination drill

Hubbud variation with the single stick



Number 1 disarm
