Conditioning:

50 hindu squats

combat sits ups 60s

plank 60s

crucifix 60s

crab walking 60s

alternate leg lift push ups 60s

hooks 60s

low press up hold 60s

wall press ups 60s

guard sit ups 60s

pin position escapes

knee drops 60s
