Week 35: the chain of the knife

solo command and mastery:

8 angle slashing

10 angle stabbing

8 angle hacking

8 angle slash plus palm, groin, thai and oblique kicks

focus mitt flashing using above attacks

Hubud - trap neck shot, draw and stab to belly, push away and draw

Battle sets 3 and 2 using power blocking cuts (PBC)

Against numbers 1, 2, 5, 12 use PBC block and grab then followed by: slash, stab, slash and stabm slash fingers then neck

Against number 1:
PBCm, palm strike, wrap, neck cut, takedown
PBC, grab wrist, insert and pull in elbow crease, shoot through face and takedown

1 - stop = slap release

Long range work: evade the number 1 and hit, evade the number 1 and hit hand then a number 4 high H+R followed by battle sets.
